TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the company My Handler Chauffeur, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 812 973 444 (“Handler”) and any person, acting in a professional or non-professional capacity (hereinafter the “Client”) wishing to book a chauffeur-driven transport service or VTC (hereinafter the “Service”) for their own account or for the account of individuals who have duly authorized them for this purpose (the “Passenger(s)”).

By booking a Service with My Handler Chauffeur, the Client and the Passengers fully and unconditionally agree to the general terms and conditions of sale of My Handler Chauffeur (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale” or “CGV”). Any contrary condition opposed by the Client or Passenger, particularly any clause in their own general terms and conditions, will not be binding on My Handler Chauffeur, unless expressly, in writing, and beforehand accepted by the latter.

My Handler Chauffeur reserves the right to modify the CGV at any time. The Terms of Sale applicable to the booking of a Service are those in effect on the date of the firm booking of the Service (hereinafter the “Reservation”), evidenced by the receipt by My Handler Chauffeur of the written confirmation of the reservation.

My Handler Chauffeur guarantees the proper organization and execution of the missions entrusted to it as a passenger transport company.

  1. RESERVATION WARNING
    To book and/or pay for a Service, the Client must be of legal age or an emancipated minor, capable of contracting legally, and must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    The Client is responsible for the bookings they make, both for themselves and on behalf of the Passengers when acting on their behalf. The Client guarantees the accuracy and correctness of the information they provide.

    BOOKING REQUEST
    The request for booking a Service can be made by phone, email, via the website www.my-handler-chauffeur.com, or any other means approved by My Handler Chauffeur. When made by phone, the booking request must be confirmed in writing, either by email or via My Handler Chauffeur's website.

    The booking request must include the following minimum information:

    • Dates, times, and routes:

      • The date, time, and place of initial pick-up of the Passenger(s)

      • The final drop-off location and any intermediate stops to be respected, if applicable

      • The number of people to be transported (specifying if the passenger has reduced mobility and/or is in a wheelchair)

      • The number, weight, and approximate total volume of luggage

    • Communication details:

      • Passenger’s phone number

      • Passenger’s email

      • Desired vehicle model or category.

    For new Clients, the booking will only be confirmed after My Handler Chauffeur verifies their payment means (see “Payment” section below).

    ISSUANCE OF A QUOTATION
    Upon receiving the booking request, My Handler Chauffeur will provide a quote based on the information provided by the Client or Passenger. Any changes to the transmitted information may alter the initial price of the Service (vehicle model change, capacity change, mileage change, extended duration, etc.). Additionally, any services not included in the quote may incur extra charges.

    CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
    If the quote is accepted, the Client must confirm their reservation in writing to My Handler Chauffeur by a means approved by them (“the Reservation Confirmation”).
    Upon receiving the Reservation Confirmation, My Handler Chauffeur will form a transportation contract with the Client.

  2. PRICES
    The Services are offered at the prices indicated in My Handler Chauffeur's price list attached to the quote.
    The pricing rules may vary depending on circumstances such as public holidays, peak periods, pick-up area and/or use of the Service, time of day, etc.
    The prices are stated inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and include:

    • The chauffeur service

    • Fuel

    • Professional liability insurance for the "transported persons" for a fee

    • VAT at the rate set by applicable regulations

    Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quote, the prices do not include urban toll systems, highway tolls, parking meters, parking fees, site entry fees, public or private property access fees, or chauffeur meals. These are charged for any Service that lasts more than three (3) hours:

    • Ending after 1:00 PM, or

    • Starting before 1:00 PM, or

    • Ending after 8:45 PM, or

    • Starting before 9:00 PM.

    A chauffeur travel indemnity will be charged for overnight stays outside the Paris Region.
    The price of the Service indicated in the quote issued by My Handler Chauffeur may be revised to account for fuel price increases and all expenses incurred for the realization of the Service.
    Additional fees may be required for specific requests from the Client, such as baby seats, specific refreshments. The amounts charged will be specified in the quote or Reservation Confirmation.

    My Handler Chauffeur reserves the right to modify the price list at any time without prior notice. These modifications will be communicated to the Client and will apply to all Services booked after the update of the price list.

    TIME OR MILEAGE OVERRUN (EXCLUDING TRANSFER SERVICES)
    For any Service, My Handler Chauffeur may decide on a minimum charge as specified in the quote.
    At any time during a Service, the Client may decide to change the destination or interrupt it. In this case, the Client will be charged for the time and distance traveled, at a minimum for the initial rate set at booking.
    Any time overrun beyond the expected return time will be charged additionally at the applicable rate in the price list. Any excess mileage will also be charged according to the applicable rates in the price list.

  3. SERVICE EXECUTION CONDITIONS
    PICK-UP OF THE PASSENGER
    The Passenger(s) must comply with the pick-up rules specified by My Handler Chauffeur and/or the Chauffeur assigned to execute the Service. My Handler Chauffeur is not responsible if the Passenger(s) do not follow the pick-up procedure, which prevents the execution of the Service.
    The highway code requires Passengers to wear seat belts in the front and rear of the vehicle. Failure to comply with this rule releases My Handler Chauffeur from responsibility in case of an accident.

    My Handler Chauffeur maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all its vehicles. Failure to comply with this provision will result in a cleaning and refurbishment charge of €250 excluding tax.
    Unless expressly authorized in writing by My Handler Chauffeur, alcohol consumption is not allowed in the vehicles. The Driver and/or My Handler Chauffeur have the right to refuse transport to any Passenger believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or any other passenger.
    My Handler Chauffeur may choose to subcontract, transfer, or assign all or part of the Service to a third party of its choice without prior notice to the Client.

    The photographs and images available on the My Handler Chauffeur website, brochures, and any presentation materials are not contractual. My Handler Chauffeur will not be responsible if the car and/or the driver do not match the photographs or images.
    My Handler Chauffeur declares that the vehicles assigned to the Services are equipped with a geolocation system. By accepting the Services from My Handler Chauffeur, the Client consents to the use of this geolocation system.

    BAGGAGE POLICY
    The total weight of baggage is limited to what is compatible with the vehicle used, within the accessible space. The chauffeur and/or My Handler Chauffeur may refuse baggage or items exceeding this allowance. For safety reasons, My Handler Chauffeur will refuse to load any bulky baggage into the passenger compartment. My Handler Chauffeur is not responsible for any loss of baggage during or after the Service. The Passenger's personal belongings are the responsibility of the Passenger, and My Handler Chauffeur will not be held liable for any loss or damage to these items.

    VEHICLE CAPACITY – NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TRANSPORTED
    The maximum number of passengers in the vehicle (including the Chauffeur) must not exceed the maximum number of passengers specified in the vehicle’s technical specifications. The Chauffeur and/or My Handler Chauffeur reserve the right to refuse a passenger exceeding these limits.

    PET POLICY
    Small dogs and other small domestic animals weighing no more than 6 kg, properly enclosed in a container not exceeding 45cm x 30cm x 25cm, are allowed in the vehicle, up to two animals. With this restriction, no other pets are allowed in the vehicle.

  4. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
    Requests for modification or cancellation must be made via one of the authorized processes for booking Services.
    Any modification or cancellation of the Reservation must be made with My Handler Chauffeur at least two (2) hours before the agreed time of the Service.

    After this period, My Handler Chauffeur will charge for all or part of the reserved Service under the following conditions.

    APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR ANY SERVICE
    Any external costs incurred by My Handler Chauffeur (guides, hostesses, security agents) for a Service cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed start time will be fully charged.

    CONDITION APPLICABLE FOR ANY SERVICE WITH A SEDAN, MINIBUS, AND VAN
    In case of late cancellation (less than two hours before the agreed Service time) or “no show” 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, the Client will be charged the higher of the transfer price from the scheduled pick-up location to the garage, or the time spent waiting for the Client at the meeting point.

    CONDITION APPLICABLE FOR ANY SERVICE IN A MINIBUS OR VAN
    The cancellation of services, starting more than 2 hours after the booking or “no-show” more than 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, results in a charge for the complete reserved Service (transfer, waiting time, distance, etc.).
